Helpdesk Policy:
The help desk takes priority over the forums, and is available to those who are subscribed, which comes with every licence. If you have cancelled your helpdesk subscription, you can purchase a new one for priority support.
Office hours:
9am-5pm Monday to Friday, during which time live chat is normally available (USA eastern time zone).
